RN, LVN, and CNA care is matched to your recovery needs after an evaluation of your care needs based on the type of procedure, surgery length, health history, and support system.
We evaluate each case to tailor a personalized plan that works best for each patient's needs and specific circumstances.
Your care can be arranged around the support you actually need. Some clients need full support, while some clients just need preparation and education to manage post-surgical recovery. We understand that every patient is unique.
Care can extend beyond the first night with garment fittings and nurse-delivered recovery treatments as your recovery progresses.
After surgery
The first few days after cosmetic surgery can involve more than resting.
You may be managing medications, drains, compression garments, limited mobility, meals, hydration, positioning, insomnia, and follow-up instructions while your body is still recovering from surgery.
Our team helps with the practical parts of those first days so you have experienced support when you need it.

We review your procedure, surgery date, where you will be recovering, and the level of support you may need.

Transportation can be coordinated from your surgical facility to your home, hotel, or our recovery suite.

Your care team can assist with medications, drains, mobility, garments, meals, hydration, positioning, and your surgeon’s post-operative instructions.

As recovery progresses, your plan can continue with compression garment fittings, lymphatic drainage, and other post-operative treatments when appropriate.
About us
Zen was founded by registered nurse Lidys Lopez after years of caring for surgical patients in hospital and outpatient settings.
Today, our team brings that clinical experience into a more personal recovery environment, supporting patients at home, at their hotel, and in our private recovery suite.
We understand that post-operative care looks different for every patient. Your procedure, surgeon instructions, length of surgery, health history, recovery location, and available support all help determine what your care should look like.
